Empowering Change, Building Hope
Head to Heart is a Rotary Global Grant project which provides children with peacebuilding interventions to transform beliefs, values and norms around gender and violence. Through partnerships in the spirit of ubuntu, we build a safe South Africa by educating, thus transforming, young heads and hearts.
Our Mission
To cultivate a culture of peace and equality in South Africa by empowering children through transformative education and fostering partnerships rooted in the spirit of ubuntu, ultimately creating a safer and more inclusive society.
Vision Statement
Head to Heart envisions a South Africa where every child grows up in a society free from gender-based violence, discrimination, and inequality. Through our collaborative efforts and transformative education programs, we aspire to create a future where young minds are imbued with empathy, respect, and a commitment to peace.
By fostering partnerships rooted in the spirit of ubuntu, we strive to build a nation where diversity is celebrated, and every individual is empowered to reach their full potential. Our vision is of a South Africa where the values of compassion, understanding, and equality guide every interaction, leading to a safer, more harmonious society for generations to come
